We understand that every disability is different and sometimes holidays for people with special needs can be discouraging, so we have implemented smart design in our facilities available for people with limited mobility. Our mission is to offer each and every one of our guests an unforgettable experience through a warm, friendly and personalized service in a stylish and unique ambiance.
The respect and protection of the environment is fundamental for the present and the future of this planet. Our team supports reduction of solid waste volume and limited use of chemicals in our establishment. We use natural salt chlorination for our pool and LED lights/low consumption light bulbs in order to minimize energy consumption and electronic waste.
We also encourage our guests to participate in our environmental initiative by voluntarily choosing to have their towels and bed sheets changed less often. Our bed linen policy is to change them every 3 days unless requested otherwise in order to minimize water use and energy consumption on machine washers. As of the towels we are following the ‘hang-up-your-towel-if-you-want-to use-it-again’ concept which is the global standard today.
