Prices are in euro per night for 2 (two) persons and include all taxes, breakfast and the transfer from/to the port upon arrival and departure. The charge per extra person over 12 years old is 30 euro per day. New government stay-tax applies to all hotels in Greece as from January 1, 2018. The stay-tax amount is €0,50 per night/per house for Lemon Tree Houses. This tax will be payable by guests at check-out. Μinimum stay 2-night (offers excluded).
RESERVATIONS
All reservations must be confirmed with an advance payment of 30% deposit of the total cost of stay (including VAT and municipality tax) at the time of booking. Non-deposited reservations are not considered confirmed. Deposits can be concluded via bank transfer to our bank account or by credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Remaining balances can be settled upon check-in by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or in cash.
CANCELATIONS
Low /Mid Season
If canceled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If canceled or modified later, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged. In case of no-show, earlier departure, later arrival the total price of the reservation will be charged.
High Season
If cancelled up to 31 days before the date of check in, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded excluding any bank or credit card expenses.
If cancelled or modified within 30 days before the date of arrival 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
In case of non-show, departure prior or arrival after the reserved dates results to 100% charge of the total amount of the reservation.
